How It Works
Using Motability is really easy. Just find the chair or scooter that's right for you, and we'll do the rest.
1. Initial Assessment
We’ll help you choose your ideal scooter or powered wheelchair via a thorough, free, no-obligation home assessment.
We will visit you at your home with a selection of products for you to try.
2. Place Your Order
Once you have been assessed and made your choice, we will take care of the paperwork and place the order on your behalf.
We should then be able to give you an idea of when you can expect to receive your new scooter or power wheelchair.
3. Delivery & Setup
We then deliver and set up your new equipment, including taking you on a test run to ensure you are confident with your new scooter or power wheelchair.
4. Ongoing Support
We’ll be on hand throughout your 3-year lease to help with maintenance and repairs.
