Upon delivery Alex took time and care to ensure everything was as I expected. He then took me through the technical practicalities and the back-up that went with buying a chair from Albion Mobility.
With any prescriptive product there are elements of adjustment which ensure the wheelchair is perfect for you, when we deliver a wheelchair we ensure you get into your new chair to ensure that everything is where it should be. That means if you are unhappy with anything we can adjust it there and then. Not only that we follow up with a courtesy call so if there is anything at all you’re not happy with you just have to say!
Team Albion offer a full back up for the lifetime of your new equipment. We will support you through annual servicing, warranty repair work and ad hoc repairs. Our technical team are on the road and can see you at home, alternatively you can pop into the workshop (we’ll even throw in a cuppa).
