Meet the Family
Barbara has worked in the private mobility market for over 11 years, prior to that she worked for the NHS is the wheelchair service and community loan store. During her time in the industry Barbara has amassed a wealth of knowledge. Barbara is an experienced assessor for high end prescriptive products and always goes the extra mile to tailor equipment for every individual.
Alex McCallum — Technical
Coming from a military career Alex has a background in engineering and has spent the last three years learning our full range of mobility equipment. Alex primarily deals in all repairs and servicing for the Company, but is also responsible for all modifications including the risk assessment prior to any mod. Alex will generally be on hand for deliveries to ensure a smooth handover.
Helena McCallum – Admin
Helena can be found in the office and completes the majority of the admin for the Company, making appointments, keeping track oforders and ensuring quotations and invoices are in order. Any queries just give Helena a shout.

Our service does not end the minute you leave the showroom, we will support you for the lifetime of your equipment and beyond. Moreover we offer loyalty call out, service and labour rates to clients who purchase from our Company.
We are happy to provide no obligation home assessments or alternatively we can be visited at our large showroom, ensuring that the equipment meets your every requirement. Our generously sized showroom has easy and safe parking. The premises are fully accessible and have disabled toilets on site. We can also boast a fully equipped workshop allowing us to provide full technical support, repairs and servicing for a large range of products. Additionally we have the added benefit of having a dedicated assessment room; giving our clients the privacy to discuss their needs with a member of staff confidentially. We pride ourselves on the set up of our showroom, which has been laid out in such a way to be easily navigated by wheelchair users but at the same time still display a vast and varied range of equipment, including a bedroom and bathroom area, allowing you to see equipment in situ. This set up also means that clients have plenty of space to trial equipment indoors, with the added advantage of being able to use the space at the rear of the building for outdoor testing.

We treat every client as an individual and endeavour to
find the right solution for you. Under no circumstances
do we allow pressure selling. We are also happy to offer
general advice and assistance in seeking funding.
Our range is extensive and includes power and manual wheelchairs, mobility scooters, paediatric equipment, trikes, seating systems, pressure care, electric profiling bed, bathing and toileting aids, floor hoists, rise and recline armchairs and fireside chairs. Albion Mobility also undertakes repairs and servicing on a range of equipment undertaken at your home address or in our workshop.
